Vision
Empowering people to believe in the power of “change” through research-based reflexive therapeutic practices integrating eclectic modalities of therapy, thereby empowering individuals to navigate through their life’s transitions.
Encapsulating the philosophy of ‘Anitya’ in our daily life, creating
non-judgemental spaces for all beings, envisioning to help us all see ourselves and our experiences as a flowing river, thereby learning to sit in the boat of change, to invite a new lease of life.
Mission
We envisage building a community where each being feels seen, heard, and acknowledged, thereby minimizing the feeling of being lost and alone as we navigate through the transitions of life
Our mission also focuses on ending the stigma that surrounds mental health, by opening multiple channels of discussions, and dialogues and raising awareness, one person at a time.
