Community Trainings

Anitya believes that healing and learning
is as much a process of the community
as it is a personal journey.
Each individual requires meaningful
and holistic learning spaces which are co-created
by all those who engage with the child.
In order to fulfill that quest, we focus on using expressive arts therapy as a module on self-awareness, life skills development, emotional resilience, capacity building, and holistically equipping all those children and families in the lower strata, first-generation learners, children abandoned in NGO’s, working with children and adults with special needs who may lack the resources for recurving a better life through intervention.
We aim to inclusive and integrated spaces for all through a multitude of art forms over the years: storytelling, drumming, structured play, weaving, quilting, dyeing, origami and craft, cooking, pottery, body jamming, and theatre. This mix of various art forms has not only brought a lot of fun and frolic, but it has also gently helped us to look inwards.
