Therapy for all includes family therapy sessions
which are designed to address
specific issues affecting the health and functioning of a family. It can be used to help a family through a difficult period, a major transition, or mental or behavioral health problems in certain family members (“Family Therapy”, 2014).

In our family therapy sessions thereby, we look at family as a ‘system’. A system is one in which the whole is more than the sum of its parts and any change in one member causes changes in all the other parts of the family system. This throws light on how when we mutually start working with a single member, it has a ripple and is simply reinforced by the roles of other family members as well, therefore assigning the baton for change to each member and working collectively as a family towards larger healthy solutions and more empathetic coexisting with each other.
