Therapy for me includes individual one-to-one sessions for children, adolescents, and adults with our therapist to work with the challenges they may be navigating through.
Whether children, adolescents, or young adults our sessions utilize a series of relaxing, creative processes as a way of discovering and processing our own inner blockages which reflect in our external social world in a myriad of ways as our stressors, pain, sufferings, heightened emotional diffusions, challenges with attachment patterns in relationships, inabilities to assert, place boundaries, solve daily life problems, and getting overwhelmed by change and transitions.

EMOTIONAL ISSUES
Therapy sessions help an individual release physiological, and psychological manifestations of deep emotional conflicts, and trauma by helping them become aware of their emotions, processing them, and resolving by learning to find healthier ways to emotional expression and communication.

We help you reach to the core of these issues through fluid techniques involving expressive arts, play therapy for children and adults, journaling, stories, role plays, sound healing, hypnosis that bring out the main reasons maintaining the behavioral challenges.

very naturally it starts opening doors for healing and adopting alternative behavior options and coping
in real life, without facing the pressure to
